If you're experiencing a problem with Legacy first Click Here to check for the solution online. Checking online in many cases will get you the answer you need right away. If you don't find the answer, then please fill out and submit the following Problem Report Form. We will try to answer your request for assistance within 48 to 72 hours.
If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our Suggestion Form instead.
When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically updated versions of Legacy will be posted in our download section.
