Todd County recorder has not found a birth certificate for Charles David. However, they've found one for the children born between him. More evidence pointing that he might be the same person as David C.
Probably a witness to Eva Jane Brown's marriage to Eugene Rouse. Listed as Chas Brown
Possibly birth certificate: born 26 Dec 1879 in Leslie, Todd, Minnesota; name or sex not given. Might be David C's birth. Upon receipt of a letter dated 14 Dec 1999 from Todd County, this is not David's birth.
May have died young, as the next son was named Charles David.
